How we approach it
Every project starts with the question behind the brief — what this building is really for, and who it is really for. From there we test ideas quickly and cheaply, in sketches and physical models, with the structural and environmental logic already in the room.
Once a direction is set, we develop it in a single shared model so architecture, structure and services stay in step. Nothing is value-engineered away at the end, because the cost and carbon of every move are visible from the beginning.
